Booking/cancellation policy:
Bookings are confirmed on receipt of guiding fees in full. In some circumstances fishery daytickets and license fees (where applicable) can be settled on the day of the trip.
For bookings of 4 or more consecutive days a nonrefundable deposit of 50% is taken to confirm the booking, with the balance due a week before the first day of the trip.
Please be aware that only the lake/lough packages involve the use of a boat, any of the others require some walking over wild terrain, please bring appropriate footwear and inform us ahead of time of any restrictions of mobility.
When less than 4 days are cancelled 15 or more days before the trip a refund is available minus an €80 per day booking fee. Within that time frame no refund is available, in some extenuating circumstances credit towards future trips may be allowed but is at the discretion of the guide.
Fishing is an outdoor pursuit which is weather/conditions dependent, in the event of highly unsuitable conditions the choice of an alternative venue or continuation in said conditions may be offered by the guide. In the event the prefered venue is unsafe the guide reserves the right to make a venue change mandatory. In the circumstances it is unsafe to be anywhere near water a refund or reschedule will be made available.
Safety is paramount on the water, particularly for our lake/lough trips, your guide may ask you to do or not do certain things from a safety standpoint, failure to comply with these will result in being removed from the trip without refund.
We have a zero tolerance policy on abusive, aggressive or threatening behaviour, anyone exhibiting these behaviours, particularly towards me or my colleagues, will be removed from the trip without refund.
